I have a vintage 1947 Dodge truck. It had a sever vibration in the drive line. After consulting with several knowledgeable mechanics we could not determine the cause of the vibration. I took the truck to Ft Mitchell Garage. The next day they called and had identified the issue. With it being 75 years old it took me a while to locate replacement parts but once I did, problem solved. I can't thank them enough. They were very friendly and easy to work with. Being a 75 year old vehicle I was concerned about the bill for their services but I was pleasantly surprised. This is my new go to garage for auto work.

My father, a mechanical and body expert of nearly 25 years, referred me to this Garage after another Driver side swiped my flawless 2010 civic. I take a lot of pride in my ride and it's appearance. I was extremely satisfied with Phil Mosley and Fort Mitchell Garage. Not only did they do a fantastic job repairing all of the body work, but they even re painted my hood for free (which needed a respray and they could obviously tell). We were on our way south, almost through Cincinnati, when we hit a big tire tread from a truck. Our car was making a scary noise and we knew we had to have someone take a look. I looked up the nearest auto repair shop with good reviews and Ft. Mitchell Garage showed up. The folks at Ft. Mitchell were angels in disguise. They were very kind, friendly, and professional. They were also very kind to our dog too and let her come inside with us. They took a look, the damage was minimal, and they made the necessary repairs. Knowing we were from out of town they could have taken advantage of us but they didn't. I would highly recommend Ft. Mitchell Garage, a place where they really car about people as well as their vehicles.

Ron and Ft. Mitchell Garage, I wanted to take a minute to thank you for the amazing service you provided me with in my recent auto repair and insurance claim fiasco. It is rare that you find a person much less an organization that stands behind their products and services to the extent that Ft Mitchell Garage did. It is a passion for helping people that you can see in the eye of every person who works there from the persons sweeping the floor to the persons answering the phones. In a slowing economy everyone is trying to shave a dollar or cut a corner including the insurance companies, but Ft Mitchell Garage will not stand for it. They demand that the insurance company do no less than restore the car to its former condition. They will work with your insurance company and you to make sure that no stone is left unturned and that no "corner is cut". Most importantly, they will stand behind what they find if the insurance company disagrees with their claims. I assure you that I will pass on the good word to everyone I know. I am also considering writing an article to the newspaper about my whole ordeal and posting on some blogs. I imagine most people have never heard of the insurance bureau. I want people to be aware of their rights and to know that they can fight for them and win.
